The Anti-Racism, Anti-Oppressive, Multicultural (ARAOMC) Audit Team has been busy!
In line with the 2018-2019 WES Focus Goals, we examined WES’ processes and organizational structure over a period of time and have created a ten-page report full of our observations and recommendations. We’d greatly appreciate your questions and comments! We’ll be collecting feedback for the next 90 days until February 15th. We’ll then synthesize the input we receive from membership along with our original report, any assessment results and outcomes from the talking groups later this fall and present our final recommendations at the Spring 2019 Membership meeting.
