The popularity of the adult education courses on Relationship Building was followed by the creation of a second course called “Eliciting the Best” that introduced and developed additional ideas about building relationships. The course was developed by Senior Leader Don Montagna and WES members Mary Blandin Smith (then Mary Bauer) and Nora Blue. It was then taught by several WES Members.
