Looking to de-stress -knitting/crocheting are proven to have similar wellness affects as meditation, but without needing to sit still and be quiet!

 

When:

We will meet the 1st & 3rd Tuesdays 7-9 pm.

First gathering: Tuesday, Feb 6, 7-9pm at WES in the Adler Study.

 

Who:

1st Tuesdays are for all ages, 3rd Tuesdays are adult time.
