Are you interested in helping WES to live up to its anti-racist, anti-oppressive values while getting to know WES members better? A group has formed with two current tasks: to create and conduct an assessment of where our community currently is, and to lead an audit of our policies, culture, etc. regarding rooting out white supremacy and aspects of oppression more broadly. Over the next year or so, we will work together to gather this information and identify next steps to building a more diverse, inclusive, and interconnected community.
