Creating an Ethical Community
In 1993, the Washington Ethical Society the Leader of the Society, Don Montagna, wrote a book called “Creating an Ethical Community”. The book’s title explains the purpose: an explanation of what an Ethical Society can and – in the author’s opinion – should be. The Ethical Society printed, published and sold copies of the book until copies were gone. There have been discussions about republishing the book. While those discussions continue, this web page offers you access to the contents of the book. For technical reasons, the contents are divided into three sections where the middle section contains the book’s text. We recommend reading it on a desktop or laptop computer or on a tablet oriented in landscape mode.
