WES Reopening Update Video Highlights

• *Speakers and tech team will be practicing from the Main Hall beginning November 7 to prepare for hybrid operations.
• *Small and medium affinity groups, committees, and teams may make reservations to meet indoors at WES as of this week. Please contact Tom Hutton to see if there is a room available that’s an appropriate size for your group.
• *We hope to be able to begin limited in-person attendance in the Main Hall by reservation on December 5. Platform and coffee hour will also continue to be offered live on Zoom.
• *Reservations will be available on a system called Calendly. If you are unable to use Calendly due to your level of access to technology or a disability, contact Robyn Kravitz to make arrangements for your reservation.
• *SEEK classes, including 7th/8th grade OWL, will move indoors in November. Different age groups will meet each week.
• *Please read the revised reopening plan, and come to the Reopening Town Hall after Platform on October 31, 12pm.
