Dear WES Community,

As the weather cools down (at least for now), our Leader Search committee is heating up! We are coming to you with a sincere request for your input via this congregational survey. 

This survey represents the first opportunity for YOU to contribute to the WES Leader Search by sharing YOUR WES experience.  The information shared through this survey will form a crucial part of the story of WES shared with Senior Leader candidates. 

Survey results will be summarized and shared with the WES community shortly after the end of the response period. In addition, the survey results will closely inform upcoming opportunities for WES community members to help frame the Leader Search–namely the cottage meetings and focus groups that we’ll host this fall. 

We attempted to make this a thorough assessment and we hope that you’ll take your time to be thorough in your response.   We estimate that the survey will take 30-45 minutes to complete. So make yourself comfortable, pour yourself a beverage and dig in. 

While we ask that you take your time while answering each question, please don’t take your time getting started.  The survey will close on Monday 9/20. 

Please know that the raw data from this survey will be kept confidential. That said, if a question makes you feel uncomfortable or too vulnerable, please skip it.
