As we continue to see growth at WES, we are so thankful for our Sunday morning volunteers that make everything run smoothly. One of the groups that has been there every step of the way is the Welcome Team. Coordinated by Shan Evans, the Welcome Team staffs a table before each platform. They help visitors get a blue name tag, find the coffee and restrooms, and greet each of us with a smile on Sunday morning.

To run smoothly, the Welcome Team needs three volunteers per platform. If they can build their team by 12 more people, then each volunteer would only need to work on one platform, one time per month. The 9:30 shift consists of showing up at 9am and setting up the Welcome Table and then greetings folks as they arrive for the 9:30 platform. The 11:30 shift starts at 11am and then cleans up the Welcome Table after everyone goes into the 11:30 platform.
