Secular Social Justice 2018 will be held April 7th in Washington DC at All Souls Church to emphasize the connection between secular humanist values and social justice activism. This conference was developed as a direct response to pervasive complacency within the secular community that considers considerable focus on matters of social justice issues unnecessary or a “distraction.” Secular Social Justice is a platform for activists of color to address the ravaging effects of systemic racism, sexism, heterosexism, transantagonism, colonialism, and white supremacy through workshops, discussions, and coalition-building.
