Anger happens. Probably a lot these days. So what do we do with it? How do we take in our anger as information and use it to help us live, uphold, and promotee our values? How do we elicit the best in others when we are angry? Music from WES Member Josh Blinder.
Felix Adler called it “the supreme ethical rule.” Specifically Adler spoke of “eliciting the best in oneself and others by drawing out the unique differnce that constitutes each self.” What does this mean for us today? How do we practice this in public and in our day to day lives?
