Dear WES supporters of immigrants,

 A big shout out to everyone at WES who contributed to the Sanctuary DMV, “Go-Fund-Me”  effort to help immigrants in our area who are running out of food and the money to pay for it.  The campaign is on-going and time-critical.  It needs our support.  This is direct aid to those who will never see a check from Sam.

Please take a look at the brief article in today’s Metro section “To Help Immigrants who won’t get stimulus checks…”   The person behind the campaign, Brandon Wu, has been active in Sanctuary DMV since December 2016, the winter of our discontent.  We’ve seen him time and again in actions at the Baltimore ICE building, advocating for targeted immigrants.  He’s also a fine photographer, creating compelling images of immigrants and resistance.
