Winter Festival is almost here!
We are all excited for our annual celebration of the values of peace, hope, love, joy, and giving. And it won’t be the same without YOU there. Here’s how to participate:
Attend either (or both!) “performances“–special gatherings of story and song, featuring a story written by Marty Kaufman and the talents of many children, youth, and adults, along with our multigenerational Winter Festival Chorus.
Sunday, December 10
[Please note: there is no 9:30 platform on this Sunday! Zeb Green will lead a small group experience centered around our monthly theme of Hope]
11:30 – Winter Festival performance followed by cocoa, cookies, and crafts – bring your own lunch to enjoy afterward, we’ll supply the treats!
4:30 – Winter Festival performance followed by cocoa, cookies, and caroling – we will practice a few songs together, then head out into the neighborhood to spread the joy!
Help out behind the scenes!
Support the cast and crew, and our entire community, by:
–working with the Set and Decorations Team to “Deck the Halls” on Friday, December 8, starting at 6:30pm.
–baking cookies to share (vegan and allergen-free varieties especially welcomed) – email Zeb at zebg@ethicalsociety.org if you can offer cookies, including the kind you’ll make and how many dozen you can provide.
–helping out on December 10 by serving as a Reception Host, Kid Wrangler, or Chief Crafter – email Amanda at amandap@ethicalsociety.org if you’d like to fill any of those roles.
